Tournoi de Metz
Le week-end dernier, je disputais mon ernier tournoi et compétition de la saison !!!
Enfin, car la saison aura été très longue...
C'était un tournoi où l'on pouvait joué que les doubles, d'où son nom le DoYouDoDouble !!!!!
J'y particpais avec Stephane en DH C1/B4/B3 et en mixte avec Anne-Laure en C4/C3/C2.
Le samedi se jouait tous les tableaux de DH et DD.
On ne sort pas de poule en DH, en perdant nos deux matches.
Le premier en 3 sets assez rageant, car on est arrivé à l'heure de convocation et on a été appelé pour jouer quasiment de suite !!!! Il fallait donc s'habituer à la salle très rapidement (sol en parquet glissant, lumière très clair). Ce qu'on a pas su faire de suite !!!! Mais l'un des deux gars en face, jouait aussi tres bien, de tel sorte qu'il nous a mis hors de position assez rapidement...
Ensuite on jouait face au tete de poule, j'ai été impressionné avant de jouer, car j'avais joué l'un des gars il y 2 saisons, et l'autre je le connaissais de vu. Alors qu'en fin de compte on perd en 2 sets serrés !!!!
En d'autre terme, je me suis fait dessus !!!! dommage, et désolé Stephane !!!!
Donc on etait libre avec Stephane à partir de midi. On s'inscrit au BBQ du tournoi avec les personnes de Saint-Brice et on part dejeuner en ville avec Stephane. On se retrouve dans le centre-ville "piéton", il y aquand meme les bus qui passe par les rues, c'est assez destabilisant... Et on essai de trouver un restau typique du coin, mais en vain. On fini donc ans une crèperie à commander des salades !!!! Ah le regime sportif !!!!
Le BBQ du soir se passe bien, et personnellement, je mange beaucoup trop !!!!! Il faut dire que le menu etait appétissant, pour 10 euro on avait droit a : 2 tranches de lard, un merguez, une chipolatat, une saucisse blanche et une cote de porc, avec salade et boissons a volonté !!!!!
Le dimanche c'était au tour des mixtes.
On est tête de série 1 du tableau, mais je me demande comment le tirage a été fait, car il y a au moins 2 paries qui ont plus de points que nous...
On gagne nos deux matches de poules en 2 sets sans grandes difficultés.
Ensuite, les choses commencent a se corser dès les 1/4. On gagne le premier sets facile et ensuite, on s'endors un peu et on perd le second. au troisieme set on commence a enchainer les fautes directes et l'on se retrouve mené 19-16. on revient à 20-20 pour l'emporter 23-21 !!!!
Ensuite en demi, on arrive pas a se remettre dans le match et on perd en 2 sets serrés mais on commettant trop de faute directes !!!!
Donc voila pur la dernière compétition de la saison. Beaucoup de frustration, mais une bonne ambiance avec les personnes de Saint-Brice !!!! Cela reste très sympa...

Lastly, because the season will have been very long…
It was a tournament where we could only played the doubles, from where its named DoYouDoDouble!!!!!
I'd particpated with Stephan in Men's double C1/B4/B3 and mixed double with Anne-Laure in C4/C3/C2.
Saturdays were played all the Men and Women doubles.
We did not go through our group in men's double by losing our two matches.
The first in 3 sets, because we arrived on time and we were called to play almost as we arrived !!!! It was thus necessary to be accustomed to the gym conditions very quickly (ground in wood floor slipping, light very clear). What we did not know to make it !!!! But one of both guy opposite, played also very well, of such kind that it put to us out of position rather quickly…
Then we played against the lead pair of the group, I was impressed before playing, because I had played one of the guy it 2 years before, and the other I knew it of considering. Whereas in the final analysis we lost in 2 tight sets!!!!

Thus we were free with Stephan as from midday. we registered with the BBQ of the tournament with the people of Saint-Brice and we leave for lunch downtown with Stephan. we find ourself in the “pedestrian” downtown area, But there was buses which passes by the streets, it is enough destabilizing… And we try to find a typical restaurant, but in vain. We finished in a crepery to order salads!!!! Ah the sporting diet !!!!
The BBQ of the evening occurs well, and personally, I eat too much !!!!! It should be said that the menu was pretty good, for 10 euro we had : 2 slices of bacon, a merguez, a chipolatat, a white sausage and a piece of meat, with salad and drinks at will !!!!!
Sunday it was with the turn of the mixed double.
we were seeded 1, but I wonder how pulling was made, because there are at least 2 pairs which has more points than us…
We win our first two matches in 2 sets without great difficulties.
Then, the things start to be complicated in the 1/4. The first sets are gained easy and then, we kind fall asleep a little and we lost the second set. With the third set we start to enchainer the unforced errors and we find ourself carried out 19-16. one totals 20-20 to carry it 23-21!!!!
Then in semifinals, we were not arrive has to go back in the match and we lose in 2 tight sets by making too much unforced errors once again !!!!
So that was it for the last competition of the season. Much frustration, but a good environment with the people of Saint-Brice!!!! That remains very sympathetic…
